Documents uploaded and shared confidentially among your company’s AttaainCI users can include all types of intelligence information that you would like to be able to capture, tag, search, view, print and share in the system. For example, you might upload internal documents and reports such as sales & marketing plans and information, strategic plans and reports, product/service information, etc. In addition you might collect and save marketing collateral, datasheets or documents related to competitor products/services, pricing, sales activities, etc. And finally, you might store and share important industry research or business trend information. AttaainCI supports most common document formats, including: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, PDF, Open Office documents, Text and Rich Text documents, Images and other file types.

AttaainCI also makes it easy to capture, classify and share internally discovered competitive and market intelligence through the use of “intelligence tags.” Information discovered while searching the web can be directly copied and pasted into a new intelligence tag (including active links to the originating websites or sources), as can important intelligence items uncovered within AttaainCI. In addition, using the rich AttaainCI intelligence tags editor, users can create formatted notes and reports on important information to be shared among all AttaainCI users, or privately with only specific users.
